  • For supplements, we offer a 60-day return window from the date of delivery.
  • For XDOG products, we offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.
  • Any XDOG Vest exchange inquiries regarding size and/or color must be submitted within 7 days after delivery. Any inquiry after 7 days will not be eligible for a return/exchange.
  • All items listed under Refurbished, Closeout, Open Box are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Specially priced offers (Subscription and Non-Subscription), limited discounts, seasonal sales/promotions are no longer valid after the promotion run time.  If a product purchased during a promotional period is returned, you will not be able to purchase a replacement product at the discounted price after the promotion expires.
  • For international orders. We do not provide pre-paid return labels; you are responsible for covering shipping costs to return. We do not issue refunds on any tax or duties that you may have paid receiving the item. These taxes are issued by your country.

Exchange Policy (XDOG Vests only)

If you've purchased an XDOG Weight Vest and need to exchange it for a different size and/or color, click here to complete the exchange form.

Please note that you have 7 days after delivery to submit this request or your inquiry is invalid. 

How our exchange process works: Once you complete the form, a representative will approve the request and email you back a pre-paid return label (outside of the US returns are responsible for their own return shipping label). Ship the item back to us and once received, we'll then issue you a refund or store credit for the total amount paid. You then can repurchase the corrected item. We do not offer direct exchanges or swapping of products once shipped.  


Please be sure to send us your item(s) back in full accordance with our Return Policy:

  • Items must be sent back within the specified amount of days of the return window (60 days for Supplements, 30 days for XDOG Vests and Accessories).

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.

  • Items must be packed into a proper shipping box.  Please do not place your shipping labels onto the product packaging. Products returned damaged or unboxed are subject to a $5 processing fee per item.   

  • Please include either a copy of your packing slip or order confirmation within your package for a smoother experience.

  • XDOG Vests are to be returned unaltered (free of customizations, paint or added alterations by the customer). Your return will be invalid if received with any alterations.

  • We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.

  • Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us.


Returned-to-Sender & Refused Packages

  • This can happen if (1) an address is invalid or missing information, (2) the carrier is unable to deliver your package, or (3) the order is refused by the customer at time of delivery.

  • Returned-to-Sender or Refused packages will be restocked and you will be issued a refund if you can not be reached for a resend.  

  • We are unable to make changes to orders once they have been placed in our system. To ensure that your package is properly delivered, make sure that your address is entered correctly and includes all relevant information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) are critical to ensuring delivery.
  • We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect at the time of purchase.


Reserved Rights Regarding Returns

We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:

  • An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or
  • Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.

Similarly, we reserve the right to refuse service to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.


Damaged/Defective/Incorrect Items
