What is your Shipping Policy?

Currently, XDOG ships all XDOG Vests and Accessories within the US and internationally.  


Supplements currently ship to the U.S. - Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and APO/FPO/DPO. Currently, we do not ship supplements outside of the United States. 


Delivery Timeframe

XDOG packages are shipped Monday through Friday from Forney, TX. Shipment times can vary by carrier, locations and holiday seasons.  For all orders, please allow up to 24 hours (business days) for your order to be processed. 


On average, domestic orders within the US arrive within 

2-4 business days (USPS Priority) *after processing 

3-8 business days (USPS First Class)  *after processing 

Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and military addresses can take up to 15 business days to arrive.


International orders, please allow 6-12 business days for arrival (does not include Customs clearance & handling time). 

DHL is also a carrier option with an arrival time of 1-3 business days (does not include Customs clearance & handling time).   


Your shipping carrier options will vary depending on your shipping location and the weight of your order. Your available shipping methods and carriers will be generated during Checkout. 

All shipping methods operate on business days only. At this time we do not offer weekend or holiday shipping methods. 


Free Shipping Promotion (Within the US)

To qualify for free shipping, you must meet a purchase subtotal of $135.00 worth of merchandise before taxes, shipping and handling. Does not include XDOG e-gift cards. 


Address Changes 

Any address changes after orders have been shipped requires that the customer contact the Carrier (USPS, DHL) to modify/edit Shipping Info.  Once your package has shipped, changes can not be made by XDOG.  


Lost Packages

All lost packages must be reported within 30 days of your order's ship date

If you are reporting a lost package, please ensure the following steps are taken before contacting customer service.

Check the immediate area; including any mailbox, garage, porch, front desk, leasing office, neighbor, or anyone that may have signed for or picked up the package. Please also track your package online to see if there are any special instructions or updates listed.

If you still are unable to find your package, please submit a request and we will be happy to help.

Please note that package claims can take up to 8 business days to be completed.

During the claim process, the shipper will contact you to investigate this case.

Once the claim is closed, we will assist with a refund/replacement.
